The four-room apartment consists of: an entrance hall; a living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area; a bedroom with a dressing area and an ensuite bathroom; a children's room; an office/guest room with a storage room; a shared bathroom with a toilet; and a utility room.
The main concept of interior design is to convey unifying elements throughout the entire home, taking into account the specifics and needs of each space.
In the living room, a contrast is sought between light and dark, tailored to the color palette of the marble pattern and the beauty of wood, combined in an elegant paneling.
In the relaxation area around the sofa, the color scheme becomes calmer, gradually replacing the contrast with a soothing white color that smoothly transitions into a beige palette, suitable for restful spaces.
The goal of the RSG Architects team is to achieve the maximum result while adhering to the guidelines received from our clients.
The result is a functional kitchen with ample space for cooking and storage. The island with seating areas adds completeness to the kitchen space and brings the family together through their shared love for food.
Dedicated areas have been set up for dining and relaxation, where you can unwind and enjoy the warmth and coziness of a bioethanol fireplace.
The bedroom has been rearranged to incorporate a separate dressing area and an ensuite bathroom with a toilet, as well as ample storage space for belongings.
The children's room has been designed to meet the needs and visions of our youngest clients.
A dedicated workspace has been developed, tailored entirely to the specific work requirements of the homeowners. It is designed to be transformable into a comfortable space ready to welcome guests when needed.
The apartment features two bathrooms where we were able to combine functionality and design. Here, you can also observe the main concept of interior design - the contrast between light and dark, harmonizing with the color palette of the marble pattern and the beauty of wood.
